Refund policy

At Akanni, we believe in the integrity and quality of our products, however, If your purchase has not met your expectations, please contact us right away. Please keep in mind that our products are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance. This uniqueness adds to their character and should not be considered a defect.

Returns

WE OFFER RETURNS ON ALL FULL PRICED ITEMS FOR STORE CREDIT.  

Please note, sale items are not eligible for returns. This includes any order with a discount applied.

Your item(s) must meet the below requirements in order to be approved for store credit.

• Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Item(s) must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging. 

We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@akannistudio.com with your order number or purchase receipt. If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive your return, we will issue store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used on any future purchase.

Damages and issues

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Email hello@akannisrudio.com with an image of the fault within 7 business days of delivery so our team  can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that we are not responsible for any product once it has been shipped. Once items are shipped it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for products delayed or lost in transit. Instead, we ask that you work with the postal service to follow up on the delivery.  

Exchanges
