Processing time
Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed.

Domestic/Local

All UK orders are sent via tracked Royal Mail service. Once your order is dispatched, we estimate that it will take 2-3 working days for UK delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number.

International Delivery

All International order are sent via DHL Express to ensure your parcel arrives quickly and safely. International shipments arrive within 2-15 working days once dispatched. If you are placing an international order, please ensure that you’ve filled in your accurate address.

We are not responsible for any product once it has been shipped. Once items are shipped it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for products delayed or lost in transit. Instead, we ask that you work with the postal service to follow up on the delivery.  

Please note - all international customers are responsible for customs and duty fees that are incurred during transit. This is unfortunately out of our control.
